Product Care and Liability Disclaimer
Our covers are aftermarket products. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our covers are compatible with their vehicle before purchase and use. We highly recommend consulting the dealer from whom the car was purchased or any professional detailer if your vehicle has undergone treatments such as ceramic coating or paint protection film (PPF). Some dealers recommend waiting up to 60 days before using a cover on newly delivered vehicles or cars that have undergone coating treatments.
Care Guide:
To maintain the quality and longevity of your cover:
- Have it pre-washed by professional cleaners before first use to ensure no debris or dust is transferred onto the vehicle surface.
- Use only cold water for washing, and avoid harsh chemicals or hot water, as these can damage the material.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to your vehicle, for which Gorilla Covers will not be held liable.
Liability Disclaimer:
By purchasing and using our cover, you agree to do so at your own risk. Gorilla Covers will not be responsible for any damages, scratches, or issues arising from the use of the cover, particularly in cases where the cover is used on vehicles with untreated, freshly coated, or otherwise sensitive finishes.
Warranty
Our warranty covers issues related to the sewing, assembly, or if there is any misprinting or production error caused by us. In such cases, the cover will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the client, and shipping for these adjustments will also be covered by us.
However, we are not liable for any compatibility issues related to vehicle paint, coatings, or other specific surface treatments, as each manufacturer’s topcoats and PPF can vary. We advise verifying suitability with your dealer or detailer before making any purchases or using the cover.
